So the test also includes Sociologic, logic, and skill related riddles. This way they can weed out the scenarios in which candidate may not be able to perform well.
The Frequently Asked Question
Out all the questions asked to him the most commonly asked question was about what it takes to be an astronaut. He wanted to let his friends know what kinds of questions are asked in the test. So on his Facebook page, he shared a riddle which was asked to him during his test.
Tim asked that imagine a cube which can move to left, right forward (away from you) and backward (towards you). There is a dot in the bottom of the cube. Now imagine that the cube is rolled to forward, left, left, forward, right, backward, right. Where’s the dot?
He got the variety of answers and many of them used different logic and gave a complex solution. But the answer to it was very simple and obvious “the dot was on the bottom of the cube” Time mentions that he lived reading different answers and congratulations to all of them who gave the correct answer. Sometimes the solution is very simple and it is not always a trick question.
If you have got the riddle right then are you ready to go to space explore the new heights.
