6 BAD RELATIONSHIP RULES YOU SHOULD NEVER FOLLOW
When it comes to relationships, there are no rules or guidelines to be followed. You get to hear a lot of advice and different people have different opinions. There are a very limited number of people who carry your interests in their heart. Your family and friends are among those who have only good intentions and support in mind and will always give you a fruitful advice while others can spoil a good relationship by giving a wrong advice out of jealousy.
However, sometimes situations take a bad turn and are not in your favor. At those difficult times, even few words of wisdom are enough to spoil a relation. Here are some relationship advice to avoid when you are going through difficult times.
“Finding someone who is financially well-off”
Money makes life go easy but should not be the sole reason for entering into any relationship. If money brings some comfort, it can also destroy a really happy marriage or you may enter into a life where there is no happiness at all.
“Be a Boss and let them know you are not a ‘pushover’”
With mutual understanding and their strengths and weaknesses, both partners work as a team to take a leading role from time to time for fulfilling their responsibilities. However, where one partner exercises his authority over other, things can go out of control.
“Demanding that your partner be Romantic”
Psychologists claim that in every relationship, romance takes a back seat when it is not that important that time. You can’t demand your partner to be in the honeymoon phase through all the phases of your life.
“Be silent. It will get sorted”
Conflicts do happen in every relationship but it is always good to resolve them as they appear. Suppressing your feelings, maintaining a communication gap with a view that things will sort out on their own will cause more damage to the relation.
“Read their chats. You have the right”
When we talk about having a mutual understanding, the abusive behavior like being intrusive, reading personal messages, and monitoring their moves can disintegrate the bond of trusting relationship. Better avoid listening to such advice.
“Reminding him that his earning is not enough”
This advice is enough to take the shape of a bigger conflict between the partners. Avoid bringing such discussions into the daily routine just to vent out your frustration on your partner.
