Give Them Rest
Today, when you spend most of your time in front of smartphone and computers, you should take care giving rest to your eyes. Just make it a habit of closing your eyes for a few minutes every 2-3 hours. This will prevent them from overstraining.
Make sure you make a habit of doing these simple exercises described in the images below. These exercises will help your eyes get rid of stress and will avoid puffiness and dark circles.
Glasses And Eyes
If you use glasses throughout the day, consider removing it a number of times. Reduce its use as they too put a lot of pressure on the eyes. Remove them, close your eyes and rest for a few minutes. You will feel relieved and refreshed.
Keep Them Cool
Dip two cotton balls in rosewater, lie down and put them on your eyes for around 15 minutes. You can also use potato slices or potato juice for beautiful and fresh eyes. Mix cucumber juice and rose water and dip cotton balls in it and then put them on your eyes. It will rejuvenate the skin around your eyes and will keep it bright and fresh.
Splash Water On Them
As soon as you get home, make sure you splash cool water on your eyes repeatedly. It will keep it hydrated and cool. You will feel refreshed and better. Massage your eyes with an eye herbal cream for 15 minutes lightly.
To feel healthy and fit in today's world, it is important that your intake is good and healthy. Consider taking carrot juice and mix a few drops of olive oil in it. Drinking it will keep you and your eyes healthy and its eyesight will be bright.
Avoid Digital Things
After reaching home try avoiding the use of computers or phones. They not only will drift you away from your own ones but also add more stress to your eyes. Do not keep your phone near you while sleeping and avoid using them 2 hours before sleep.
