When you are sleeping on your side, you might find have some back pain. To reduce it, try sleeping on your back with a pillow below your knees as it maintains the body natural curvature. But in case if you have problems in sleeping on your back, then you can keep a below between your legs which keeps the spine straight.
Snoring is an irritating habit which can cause because of lousy positioning while sleeping. You should keep your head and neck at the same level and perform specific exercises which might strengthen the tongue and throat muscles to keep from snoring.
Aching in legs or another body part is because of less circulation there. You can raise that body part, so the blood runs downwards through the veins.Also, you should sleep on your left side to prevent heartburns as it prevents the food moving upwards through the oesophagus.
This is also considered a disorder. To prevent it do not take caffeine 6 hours before you sleep, exercise to keep an active blood circulation and keep yourself away from laptops and cell phones.
Cannot Wake Up in the Morning
You cannot wake up even after setting up multiple alarms? Just set one alarm and try to get up at the same time every day in the morning and you will no longer need an alarm.
Take an easy rest
